It is priced way above spot, If you buy a proof version it would be a decent long term hold. I'd stick with Mapleleafs, Silver Eagles or Kruggerands for bulk investing

It is a good buy for the mint to make money.
Stay with silver eagles for your bullion. You can readilly purchase them for a minimum over the price of silver. There is also a chance of finding a bank that sells them at spot. Check around.
